I am currently a Marie Curie Fellow and work on climate dynamics and variability. I have a keen interest in understanding the interactions between land surface, atmosphere, ocean and sea ice. My current research focuses on Arctic-midlatitude interactions and extreme events. I graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2016. I was a postdoctoral researcher at Oxford University, Alfred Wegener Institute and Uppsala University between 2017 and 2023.

Research interests

Climate dynamics and variability
Large-ensemble climate modeling
Arctic climate variability
Tropical-extratropical interactions
